We’re thrilled to share our latest adventure in the French Quarter! FOX 8 covered our Dolly Days event at Dutch Alley, bringing together community, music, and of course, our mission to spread literacy through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
The event was a celebration of all things Dolly, with members and supporters gathering to raise awareness about early childhood literacy in New Orleans. From rhinestones to reading, we’re working 9 to 5 (and beyond!) to get books into the hands of New Orleans children.
What is Dolly Days?
Dolly Days is our signature summer event, combining the best of New Orleans culture with our literacy mission. It’s a chance for the community to learn more about Imagination Library enrollment and support our work while having a great time.
